Thank you for shopping with Caulkett’s Garden. We are a small UK business and take care to ensure every order is prepared and sent safely.

UK Delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Orders are normally processed within 2–3 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Once dispatched, standard UK delivery will normally take approximately 2–5 working days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and occasional delays may occur which are outside our control.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Where free delivery is offered as part of a promotion or above a specified order value, this will be clearly shown on our website or at checkout.

Multiple Products

Where an order contains products supplied or fulfilled separately, items may arrive in more than one parcel and at different times. You will not be charged additional delivery fees beyond those shown when you place your order.

Order & Delivery Details

Please ensure that the delivery address supplied when placing your order is complete and accurate.

If you notice an error after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to amend the details before dispatch, although this cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact Caulkett’s Garden and we will do our best to investigate.

Please allow for possible delays during busy periods, bank holidays and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Damaged Orders

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide photographs of the item and packaging where possible.

We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

International Delivery

At present, Caulkett’s Garden is focused on UK delivery only. If international delivery becomes available in the future, the relevant options and charges will be displayed at checkout.
